Booking Policies

Check in Time: 3:00pm - 9:00pm (gates will be closed at 9:00pm for the night)

Checkout Time: 12:00pm

Office Hours: (Inquiries/check in) 9:00am - 9:00 pm

For Cabins:

Minimum length of stay: From June through September, we have a 2-night minimum stay. Long weekends require a minimum 3-night stay. A $50 damage/cleaning deposit will be charged upon arrival. This will be refunded at check-out once a walk through has been completed. If there is any damage and/or if cleaning is required this will be deducted from the deposit. ($50/hr. Minimum 1 hour charged.)  In the unlikely event that damages exceed the deposit the credit card on file will be charged to cover any additional costs.  

For Sites:

If you have a group of 5 or more people a damage deposit will be charged upon check-in of $50.00. The deposit is refundable once we have done a walk through and confirmed the site has been cleaned up.

THE FOLLOWING ARE A FEW CAMPGROUND RULES YOU ARE TO ABIDE BY IN ORDER TO KEEP PINE TRAILS GETAWAY SAFE, CLEAN AND ENJOYABLE FOR EVERYONE

  • Driving around the campground unnecessarily after you have arrived at your campsite is discouraged. 

  • Any alterations of the site is PROHIBITED.  (If you are caught cutting down/breaking trees, you will be asked to leave and pay a replacement fine. Any vandalizing/damage of a site or campground will require a payment for returning the site/campground to its original state and a ban from Pine Trails Getaway.)

  • Please leave the campsite/cabins the way they were found or there may be deductions taken from your deposit.

  • Campsite registration holders are responsible for their guests and their actions.

  • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 11pm. No person will continue to make noise or permit a pet to disturb others.

  • Dispose of all garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins. NO garbage, cans, bottles, etc. are to be put in the fire pits.

  • Do not leave fires unattended. There should be no fires higher than waist level or wood overhanging the rim.

  • Fires are only to be lit in the metal fire pits provided.

  • NO outside firewood allowed.

  • FIREWORKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  • Please be respectful of all property at Pine Trails Getaway. (No climbing on/moving animals, do not move anything set in place, etc.)

Campground Rules
Pets

-Pets are not allowed in/on public structures: deck, bathrooms, furniture, etc.

-All pets must be confined, leashed, or otherwise under the physical control of a person at all times. ​

-Keep pets quiet and ensure they do not become a nuisance, danger or threat to the comfort or safety of any other person or wildlife. 

-Pets are not permitted to cause damage to live vegetation.

-Pet owners are required to properly dispose of domestic animal excrement. If in a developed area, "stoop and scoop" and place excrement in the garbage. 

  • Failure to remove defecation ~ $100 - $500

  • Failure to control or leash a dog ~ $100 - $500

  • Excessive barking ~ $100 - $500

Pet regulations reduce the risk of nuisance or dangerous occurrences and help provide a safe and comfortable environment for all users.  Failure to comply with any of these regulations could result in removal/eviction of the owner and pet from Pine Trails Getaway and/or a fine.
